Shipping Time

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping provider. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Please note that delivery times are beyond my control once the item has been handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are a flatrage of 3€ for Luxembourg and 10,€ for the rest of the world

International Shipping & Customs

I ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Monopops has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our earrings, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
